gentry farms 2010

i love gentry farms!

every year i can't wait til October so we can go walk around the farm. 

eat some popcorn, cookies and drink hot cider. 

then we leave with a pumpkin, or two. 

this is raymak's 2 nd year to go and she loved it!

tiff, frama and amy went with us and we had a blast!!

 i love this baby girl more than the words can describe. 

she has my heart and i am heppy

we have so much fun together 

everyday is a new adventure and we both jump in feet first!

2 years running we have had our annual pumpkin carving party with all our friends!

this year i had a sick girl and no one wanted to be around us..........lol

so, we had our own pumpkin carvin party together!

i had the best helper you could ask for!!!

Bathtub Paint and Fun!

one of our favorite new fun things is painting - in the bathtub! thanks to The Idea Room!
we stopped and got the ingredients on the way home one friday night:
muffin tin
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c. baby shampoo
4-5 drops of food coloring

after dinner Raymak helped me mix our concoction
my friend Karen ran a bath and got her in the tub.
then the painting party started!
we had a great time and there was a hilarious surprise at the end (thanks karen!)

when the tub drained.........she still had her shoes on!!!

looking at the pictures from the hospital when raymak was born
and bringing her home make me want to remember every single moment.
it's hard to believe she was that tiny!
it's hard to believe she has been here for 18 months (+9 in the bellie)
her birth was such a peaceful time for me.
tiffany and shana made it perfect.
dr cassidy was amazing as well!
i just want to savor that time today and remember
that baby smell, that new soft skin, that sweet little face, tiny little toes
our first night home.

to say that i love being raymak's mom would be an understatement!

she makes me smile every time i look at her.

the day she was born, was the day our adventure together began.

we are always together and i love it.

looking in those eyes i see so much beauty, so much curiosity, so much to learn.

18 months of joy is what i have been living........i wouldn't change a thing!

to appreciate her humanity, her innocence, her strength, her fragility, her love, her laughter...........

it is my honor and privilege to be her mommy.

i thank God everyday for this beautiful baby girl!
